It’s not always a wire that’s needed for a spring.
One of Garda molle’s strengths is producing strip-shaped components made with high-quality materials and specific treatments for various industrial applications.
We use advanced stamping and bending machines to shape metal strips precisely based on a sample or design. We also offer support during the design phase. Flat or spiral springs are characterised by a cut or square core.
These springs have several coils and end with a specific shape adapted to the application for which they are designed. The core configuration and terminal shaping allow these springs to offer high strength and precision, making them ideal for numerous industrial applications where constant and reliable force is required.
